Meet the PROCOATER Flex. Capable of treating 44 tons/hour and specially designed with poly flighting and trough lining, these treaters are capable of applying fertilizer enhancers and stabilizers with ionic properties. Designed for DIY applications and these machines can be customized to your farm’s specific needs.

Doubling Nutrient Efficiency, Cutting Costs

Nutrient losses and reduced availability significantly affect crop fertilization, with up to 50% of nitrogen and 75% of phosphorus becoming unavailable post-application. Fertilizer stabilizers can double the availability of these nutrients, depending on the type and technology used, allowing growers to achieve higher efficiency with lower application rates and stabilize costs.

    Phosphate is blocked by the positive charged elements (Ca, Al, Fe, Mg) that will claim around 75% of the P-based fertilizer you apply. Avail is phosphate stabilizer that blocks the tie-up and makes your Phos more available. Avail protected phosphate is released as a plant root grows to it and it becomes released as the plant requires it (like an on-demand feeding). Any Phosphate that isn’t used, remains protected and available for future crops. Formulations for dry and liquid application.

  • NUE-Charge G & NutriSphere L

    This technology prevents three types of nitrogen loss by indefinitely holding the key elements that lead to the degradation of nitrogen. This protection lasts until a plant root releases its signal for food and the bond releases, providing on-demand feeding to that plant, until the nitrogen is completely consumed. No other system offers this degree of protection and flexibility of application. What isn’t used will also be protected and available for future crops.
